Low Carb Isopure Directions: For a rich, thick shake, mix 2 scoopfuls with 12 oz of water in a shaker or blender. If a shaker or a blender is not convenient, Isopure can be stirred into solution with a spoon.

I like it. Of course, low carb isn’t going to taste as good as the original. Low carb means just that – of course it’s thinner, but so will you be after you drink it and work out. Sometimes I add half milk/water or a banana to balance it out a bit. Also, it seems like most Isopure has a few granules at the bottom, especially when mixed in my shaker – not a huge concern.
I’ve been using Isopure Dutch Choc for over 4 years and I tried most of the major brands before incorporating Isopure on a regular basis. It taste just fine and the protein ratio is among the best. I use 2% milk at 2 cups with 2 scoops of Isopure and shake it up not blend it.
