How do I spend points for order discounts?

Sign in to your ADV Supplements account. Then click the red "Earn Rewards" tab located at the bottom of every page. You will get a unique discount code that can be used at checkout.

Is there a limit to the number of points I can earn?

Nope!  Take advantage of all your opportunities to earn points so you can spend them on order discounts.

How do I refer a friend?

Give them your referral link. When they click on the URL, create an account, and place an order, you will get 300 points once their order has been fulfilled.

I wrote a review, but I don't see the points in my account?

You can only earn reward points for submitting "Verified Customer" reviews. These are reviews of products you purchased from ADV Supplements. This means you will need to submit your review from the email we send to you asking to review the products you recently purchased. Your points will be awarded once your review is approved by one of our staff members and published on our site. You may still write reviews on any product on our website, but you will not receive any points. 

I placed an order. Why didn't I get my points?

Make sure you are signed into your account at ADV Supplements before you place an order or use any of the available methods to earn points. You will receive your points once your order ships.

I had an account on your old site. Will my points transfer?

Unfortunately, your points will not transfer to the new Rewards Program. Any customer that had an account on our old website should create a new account.
